- Emilia practices in the areas of commercial litigation and transactions, employment law and occupational health and safety law.
- Emilia is experienced in advocacy and regularly appears in the Supreme Court, District Court and Local Court in commercial litigation and employment matters. She also has experience in alternative dispute resolution.
- Emilia provides advice to local councils, SME's and not-for-profit organisations on all aspects of employment law, including drafting and preparing employment contracts, interpreting modern awards and advising on procedures in Fair Work Australia and the NSW Industrial Relations Commission.
