• Practises principally in the areas of commercial law and estate planning.
• Experience in many areas of commercial law including commercial leasing and licensing agreements, local and international licensing agreements, franchise agreements, asset sale and aquisition agreements, purchase and supply agreements, service agreements and various other commercial agreements on behalf of public sector entities and Hunter businesses.
• Experience in testamentary trusts, the interaction of asset protection, superannuation, family trusts and insurance with wills & estates, business succession planning and all other aspects of effective inter-generation transfer of wealth.

Acts for:

• A number of Hunter local government and quasi-government bodies as well as many leading Hunter based businesses.

Qualifications:

• LLB. University of Newcastle.
• Admitted as a solicitor in 2000.
