Our commercial solicitors have acted in a number of fundraising matters involving:

• Compliance with the fundraising and managed investments provisions of Corporations Act 2001;
• Advising on capital raisings and managed investment schemes;
• Product Information Statements and associated documents;
• Liaising with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC);
• Liaising with the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX).

Members of our Commercial team have recently undertaken a significant fundraising and property development project on behalf of a client. This particular transaction has involved detailed advice on fundraising restrictions, project structuring (including preparation of joint venture documentation) and project management.
